Club Lost

Club Lost featured a live DJ set and original music by IONNE, site-responsive dance performances, fine art presentations by local New Haven artists, and spoken word by New Haven Poet Laureate Yexandra “Yex” Diaz—inviting guests to experience the museum in an entirely new way. Presented in dialogue with the 250th anniversary of the United States (America 250), the evening included the debut of two original works—“250 Shades of Freedom”and “Children of Nations”—exploring freedom, inheritance, belonging, cultural memory, and the many peoples and histories that have shaped our nation.
